Veteran Discount
To claim your 10% veteran discount, email roy@rgwoodshop.com with a copy of your VA ID card, DD214, or active or reserve military ID. We will apply your discount before your card is charged. There is no expiration date on this discount.
Custom Orders & Commissions
To inquire about a custom order, personalized engraving, custom sizing, or a commission piece, email us at roy@rgwoodshop.com with a description of what you are looking for. No commitment required — we will respond with a quote and timeline within 24 hours.
Returns & Damaged Items
To report a damaged item or initiate a return, email roy@rgwoodshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We respond personally and handle every claim with care.
